Interacting with sales, purchase, software updates, technical assistance, phone discussions and a prompt schedule visit from one of their techs has prove to me that this company knows how to build a great product and provided customer service. The Kurodo chair gives a fantastic massage! Your massage can be customized in several ways: the area of the body that you want to be massaged, the postion of the chair (recline or upright), and the pressure of the massage. This chair has been used in a heavy commercial environment for 9 months and counting- with no mechanical issues whatsoever! The quality of the chair has far surpassed the quality of any other massage chair that I have experienced. The chair comes with instructions for use and set-up. Unboxing, set-up, and clean up take around 30-60 minutes.

This is not my first massage chair ( I own an OSIM) before, but this Kagra is very impressive. Good shape/design and soft materials makes it look premium. Multi function controller to provide different area(s). Built in BT speakers, function key in handle for recline controller and strength level. Like it and recommended!
